Check out this recipe for Grilled Balsamic Chicken Skewers that are also oh so delicious!

The weather has been so funky so far this year that I am hoping for a nice summer.

    Ingredients:

    • Chicken Tenderloins
    • Green Peppers
    • Fresh Pineapple
    • Chopped Parsley for Garnish

    Approximately 12 Skewers

    Spice Rub Ingredients

    • Ground Red Pepper
    • Smoked Paprika
    • Ground Black Pepper
    • Kosher Salt
    • Garlic
    • Brown Sugar

    Equipment Needed

Barbecue Skewers - Make sure to soak the bamboo skewers before placing them on the grill.

You can also use reusable metal skewers that are a bit longer and fit more chicken on them.

I love the look of this skewer holder and serving plate. What a fun way to present dinner to family and guests.

    Directions

Soak your skewers in water so that they don't burn on the grill

Cut the chicken tenderloins into 3 or 4 pieces each (depending on tenderloin size). Toss chicken in the spice rub until all pieces are coated evenly. Let sit while you cut up your green peppers and pineapple.

Thread your ingredients onto the skewers, leaving about an inch of wood exposed on each end
