Sweet and Spicy Chicken Skewers

This recipe is perfect for summer barbecues and family dinners. So easy to make and they look amazing! We are so excited to spend time outside and relax this summer. We have been working on a ton of new barbecue recipes and summer desserts. Plus killer cocktails!

The weather has been so funky so far this year that I am hoping for a nice summer.
Ingredients:
- Chicken Tenderloins
- Green Peppers
- Fresh Pineapple
- Chopped Parsley for Garnish
Approximately 12 Skewers
Spice Rub Ingredients
- Ground Red Pepper
- Smoked Paprika
- Ground Black Pepper
- Kosher Salt
- Garlic
- Brown Sugar
Directions
Soak your skewers in water so that they don't burn on the grill
Cut the chicken tenderloins into 3 or 4 pieces each (depending on tenderloin size). Toss chicken in the spice rub until all pieces are coated evenly. Let sit while you cut up your green peppers and pineapple.
Thread your ingredients onto the skewers, leaving about an inch of wood exposed on each end
Grill until chicken is cooked through.

Instructions
