    • Red potatoes
    • Onion
    • Dried oregano
    • Salt
    • Black pepper
    • Butter
    • Parmesan cheese

    We only had Parmesan Cheese pieces and they were a bit large for the potatoes. Next time I will use the grated Parmesan Cheese so it blends better onto the potatoes.

    Ingredients

    • 2 pounds red potatoes cut into ยฝ inch wedges
    • ยผ cup Onion
    • 1 ยฝ teaspoon Dried Oregano
    • ยฝ teaspoon Salt
    • ยผ teaspoon Black Pepper
    • 2 Tablespoon Butter cut into pieces
    • ยผ cup Parmesan Cheese grated works best

    Instructions

    • Add potatoes, onion, oregano, salt, pepper and butter to crock pot.
    • Cook on high for 4 hours, transfer to serving platter
    • Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese
