Super amazing garlic bread!

Oh my goodness I have a new favorite thing and it is oh so yummy! I made semi-homemade garlic bread and it turned out amazing.

This cheesy pull-apart garlic bread is crazy easy to make and a total family favorite. I love that you can pack this garlic bread with flavor!

Ingredients

  • loaf of bread
  • Parmesan cheese shavings
  • Mozzarella
  • Olive Oil or Garlic Butter

Recipe Tips

A good bread knife will help you cut the slices into the bread. You want to cut ¾ of the way through the bread but not all the way through.

A baking sheet with sides will help keep any melted butter or cheese from rolling into your oven.

The fresher the bread the better this will taste. We try to pick up a loaf of warm french bread when we are at the grocery store on the day we plan to make this. It is so much easier to cut into a fresh loaf of bread.

You can serve this with dipping sauces to make it even more decadent.

We switch between using olive oil or making garlic butter with melted butter and garlic powder. Both taste amazing.

We made this for dinner and it was gone so quickly. The olive oil made the bread really flavorful. The cheese was gooey on the inside and crispy on the top.
