Crock Pot Parmesan Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

  • Red potatoes
  • Onion
  • Dried oregano
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Butter
  • Parmesan cheese

We only had Parmesan Cheese pieces and they were a bit large for the potatoes. Next time I will use the grated Parmesan Cheese so it blends better onto the potatoes.

How to make delicious Crockpot Parmesan Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds red potatoes cut into ½ inch wedges
  • ¼ cup onion
  • 1 ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter cut into pieces
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated works best

Instructions

  • Add potatoes, onion, oregano, salt, pepper and butter to crock pot.
  • Cook on high for 4 hours, transfer to serving platter
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese
