    Ranch Steak Kabobs Recipe

Published: Aug 7, 2015 ยท Updated: Jun 17, 2024 by Tammilee ยท This post may contain affiliate links

You all know we love Guinness! I love cooking/baking with it. John loves drinking and enjoying whatever I whip up with it..pretty much a win/win for both of us. When Guinness reached out and asked if we wanted to participate in their Blonde BBQ Challenge I said a resounding HECK YEAH!

Seriously how could I say no to working on a barbecue recipe to pair with Guinness Blonde American Lager. Over the past month or so I have been working on a variety of recipes while John enjoyed taste testing the Guinness Blonde American Lager. You can decide which of us enjoyed our job more during these moments.

After multiple rounds of recipes, I finally decided on the one I wanted to share with everyone. We originally started with a gorgeous steak that John picked out and grilled perfectly, but I just wasn't too excited. I mean you all have grilled a steak before I am sure. So after a while, I decided on this Ranch Steak Kabob Recipe. It is quick and easy to whip up and pairs great with the Guinness Blonde American Lager.

The Guinness Blonde American Lager is produced in Latrobe, Pennsylvania. The lager combines American hops with the world-famous 125-year-old Guinness yeast. The Guinness Blonde American Lager is simply perfect for a hot summer evening. We have been enjoying them on the back deck at night. Paired with your favorite barbecue recipe you just can't go wrong.

My Dad will use beer, stout, and ale in some of his grilled recipes, and it really does come out flavorful. Haven't had Guinness Blonde before โ€“ I'm curious now.

I usually don't like Guinness because it is so dark, but now I'm going to have to try this blonde! Looks really tasty paired with that kabob!

I am a long-time Guinness drinker (YUM!) but still haven't been able to try this blonde. I just can't wrap my head around the classic "meal in a cup" has gone pale. LOL The kebabs look amazing !
