Crock Pot Bacon Wrapped Potatoes Recipe

Published: Apr 22, 2015 ยท Updated: Jul 26, 2025 by Tammilee ยท This post may contain affiliate links

I keep hearing everything is better with bacon...so I figured why not wrap tiny fingerling potatoes in bacon to make a fun side dish or appetizers.  I used the crockpot because it is my favorite appliance in the kitchen and saves me so much time and well dishes. These crock pot bacon-wrapped potatoes take a couple of dishes but not a ton and are so worth it.
