Copy Cat Carls Jr Pop Tart Ice Cream Sandwich

Published: Aug 29, 2013 · This post may contain affiliate links

A couple of days ago John calls me up and tells me I am not going to believe what he just tried at lunch. He was so excited to tell me he tried the Carls Jr Pop Tart Ice Cream Sandwiches. We had seen the signs for the ice cream sandwiches a few weeks ago and thought they looked interesting/odd and were not sure if they would be good or not. I must admit that I am not a Pop Tart fan so I knew they would not be something I would try. John was so excited about them that he said we had to make a Copy Cat Carls Jr Pop-Tart Ice Cream Sandwich for the blog.
