Witches Broom Pretzel Sticks

How cute are these Witches Broom Sticks! I just love them. I also love that they are not made with 100% candy.

I recently read a study about how much candy each person in the US consumes for Halloween and it shocked me. I am excited to share a treat that doesn't have to be fully candy based.

Don't get me wrong we have a ton of sweet treats perfect for Halloween parties but we are trying to expand our Halloween Recipes to make sure you have options for both sweet and savory treats.

Our kitchen counter is covered in candy eyes, green and orange sprinkles, and tons of notes as we craft new Halloween recipes for this year.

After spending the past few years at home we are excited to celebrate Halloween this year with friends.

Are you celebrating Halloween in a big way this year?

Pair these witches broom sticks with cute Witch Hat Cookies for a fun Halloween platter.

Ingredients

  • Mozzarella string cheese sticks
  • Pretzel sticks
  • Black string licorice

Equipment Needed

Scissors/Sharp Knife - To cute the black string licorice, you could also wrap the witches broom sticks in green onion or herbs if you don't want to use candy/sweets.

Halloween Serving Platter - We love serving these Broomstick Pretzels on a themed Halloween Platter. They are perfect for school parties or Halloween Parties.

These make super Halloween Snacks! What are your favorite treats to serve for Halloween?
