I am not sure if I should call this Crock Pot Peach Crumble or Cake. It is kind of a combination of both a cake and a crumble. I have a ton of peaches from this summer. We picked 40 pounds of peaches at Greenbluff and froze them for the winter. It has been so nice being able to pull out peaches whenever I want them.
This recipe is so easy to make! The house smelled amazing while it was cooking. This would be a great after dinner treat or after church treat.
Crock Pot Peach Cake/Crumble
4 cups sliced peaches
2/3 cup dry oats
1/3 cup all purpose baking mix
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup water or peach juice
1. Spray Crock-Pot with non-stick spray
2. Place peaches along the bottom of the Crock-Pot
3. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl, stir in water or peach juice
4. Spoon over peaches and stir in gently
5. Cook low for 4 hours
We served this with Vanilla Ice Cream and it was wonderful. The hot peaches were amazing with the ice cream melting over them.
