    Today's recipe is for Cheesy Bacon Wrapped Jalapenos!

    Ingredients

    • Large jalapeno peppers
    • Cream cheese
    • Shredded cheddar cheese
    • Cajun seasoning
    • Thick sliced bacon

    How to make cheesy bacon wrapped jalapenos.

    Ingredients

    • 8 Jalapeno Large
    • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
    • ยฝ cup cheddar cheese finely shredded
    • 1 Teaspoon Cajun seasoning
    • 8 Bacon thick slices

    Instructions

    • Cut jalapenos in half lengthwise, remove seeds and membranes *I suggest wearing rubber gloves
    • In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese and Cajun seasoning
    • Stuff each pepper with cheese
    • Cut bacon in half, cook bacon partially and remove from skillet
    • Wrap a bacon piece around each jalapeno, secure with a toothpick
    • Place on a wire rack in a shallow baking dish
    • Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes

      Probably a stupid question...do you soak the toothpicks and bake with them in? I assume but was curious. Thinking about making gr8 a bridal shower.
      Looking for things that CNcan be prepped ahead and just baked off right before.

      My family loves these, but we have to make sooo many that I now add quality bacon bits to the cheeses and stuff and bake the jalepenos as directed. Saves me so much time and you still get all the flavor components.
