These Creme Brulee Cheesecake Bars are sooooooo good! They are perfect for holiday parties, dessert or dinner parties. They look a lot harder to make than what they actually are, thankfully! You know I love easy recipes that save me time, energy and money!

Creme Brulee Cheesecake Bars
These are the perfect combination of cheesecake and cookie bar! I love that when you serve them at a party everyone thinks you spent hours in the kitchen but you know your truth.
A couple of minutes of prep and these babies are ready for the oven and you get to hear how amazing they are!ย I call this a total win!!

Creme Brule Cheesecake Bars Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 lb 1.5 oz pouch Sugar Cookie Mix
- 1 box French vanilla instant pudding
- 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
- ยฝ cup Butter melted
- 2.5 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 2 eggs plus 3 egg yolks
- 16 Ounce Cream Cheese softened
- ยฝ cup Sour Cream
- ยฝ cup White Sugar
- โ cup toffee bits finely crushed
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350ยฐF.
- Lightly spray bottom and sides of 13ร9-inch pan with cooking spray.
- In large bowl, stir cookie mix, pudding mix, brown sugar, melted butter, 1 teaspoon of the vanilla and 1 whole egg until soft dough forms.
- Press dough into bottom and ยฝ inch up sides of pan.
- In small bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream and sugar with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
- Add remaining whole egg, 3 egg yolks and remaining 1 ยฝ teaspoons vanilla; beat until smooth.
- Spread over crust in pan.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until set in center.
- Immediately sprinkle top with crushed toffee bits.
- 10. Cool, 30 minutes.
- 11. Refrigerate about 3 hours or until chilled.
- For bars, cut into 9 rows by 4 rows. Store covered in the refrigerator.
