Are you getting ready for the big game? It is hard to believe that the football season is almost over. Only a couple weeks to go until the championship! I thought I would share these delicious Crock Pot Chipotle Honey Meatballs that are perfect for game day celebrations!

Crock Pot Chipotle Honey Meatballs

These are so dang easy to make and taste great. Plus you can get them started in the morning and they are ready when your party starts. A few minutes of prep and these Crock Pot Chipotle Honey Meatballs are ready to go!

These Crock Pot Meatballs are so easy to make and perfect for your next event.

Ingredients

  • Frozen meatballs
  • Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • Honey
  • Beef broth
  • Tomato paste
  • Dijon Mustard

Crock Pot Chipotle Honey Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients

  • 32 oz frozen meatballs
  • 4 oz chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • ¾ cup honey
  • ⅓ cup beef broth
  • ⅓ cup tomato paste
  • 2 tsp Dijon Mustard

Instructions

  • Place frozen meatballs in the crock pot
  • Blend chipotle peppers, honey, beef broth, tomato paste and mustard in a blender until smooth, pour over frozen meatballs
  • Cook on low for 4-5 hours until meatballs are heated through

    Want to try this recipe out ... What size bag of frozen meatballs?

      Hi Holly,
      I used the normal size bag of meatballs. I don't have any in the freezer right now to check the number of ounces. Not the huge bag but the bag with around 32 meatballs I think in it. I hope this helps. So sorry I can't give you the exact measurements at the moment. Tammilee

    I can't remember the last time we made meatballs. We have resorted to buying them frozen - really need to stop that.

      I use frozen meatballs all the time. Just throw in some fun new sauces and no one knows that you are using pre-made meatballs.
