The mixed berries are perfect with vanilla ice cream!

    Can I confess something...

I put cinnamon rolls on top of this recipe hoping it would make a berry monkey bread but the fruit is so good that the cinnamon rolls didn't really need to be there.

They tasted good but no were near as great at the mixed berry cobbler! Seriously you all need to make this with vanilla ice cream. It will change your life. ok maybe not but it will make your taste buds super happy ๐Ÿ™‚

    Crock Pot Mixed Berry Cobbler

    Ingredients

    • Frozen mixed berries
    • Sugar
    • Quick-cooking tapioca
    • Water
    • Vanilla

You can serve this straight out of the crockpot. I also had some leftovers and they were amazing the next day and the day after.

Sadly we ran out after a few days and now I need to make a giant batch to keep ready at all times.

Looks good, we've been doing more and more with our crock pot as it seems like we never have the time to cook like we used to. 3 little maniacs under 3 could have something to do with that also.

Traditionally I have used my crock pot for entrees such as stews and soups but I am beginning to branch out. I think this would be a great new way to use my Crock Pot through the Winter!
