Crockpot Lemon Blueberry Dump Cake Recipe

We love making slow cooker dump cakes! They are so easy to make and always taste amazing.

This Lemon Blueberry Dump Cake is great for summer parties, barbecues, or family dinner. So delicious and you don't have to stress about getting it out of the oven. Just dump the ingredients in the crockpot and it does all the work for you.

Ingredients

  • Lemon Cake Mix
  • Blueberry Pie Filling
  • Butter

Recipe Tips

Make sure to spray the crockpot with non-stick spray. This will make it a lot easier to serve the blueberry lemon cake. It also makes clean up a LOT easier.

We like to use two cans of blueberry pie filling to make this dump cake last longer. You can use one can if that is all you have. If you are serving this to a group you can easily double this recipe but make sure to watch the cooking time.

You can make this with melted butter or sliced butter. If you make it with sliced butter just spread the butter over the top of the cake mix. You will get a crumblier result and may have a few dry spots. If you use melted butter you can mix the cake mix into the melted butter or just pour it over the top of the cake mix

This lemon blueberry dump cake tastes amazing with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream on top of it.

If you are serving this for a party make sure to switch the slow cooker to warm to keep it warm but not cooking.
