YUM! YUM! YUM!
This is the only word I can use to describe this Crock Pot Mixed Berry Cobbler! I wish I would have doubled this recipe so we would still have leftovers. This is just sooooo good!
The mixed berries are perfect with vanilla ice cream!
Can I confess something….
I put cinnamon rolls on top of this recipe hoping it would make a berry monkey bread but the fruit is so good that the cinnamon rolls didn’t really need to be there.
They tasted good but no were near as great at the mixed berry cobbler! Seriously you all need to make this with vanilla ice cream. It will change your life. ok maybe not but it will make your taste buds super happy 🙂
Crock Pot Mixed Berry Cobbler
2 bags, 12 ounces each frozen mixed berries
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup quick cooking tapioca
1/4 cup water
2 tsp vanilla
1. Stir berries, sugar, tapioca, water and vanilla together in the crock pot.
2. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours
You can serve this straight out of the crock pot. I also had some leftovers and they were amazing the next day and the day after. Sadly we ran out after a few days and now I need to make a giant batch to keep ready at all times.

- 1/4 cup quick cooking tapioca
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tsp vanilla
Stir berries, sugar, tapioca, water and vanilla together in the crock pot.

We use either the Hamilton Beach Set ‘n Forget Programmable Slow Cooker, 6-Quart or Crock-Pot 5-Quart Slow Cooker for all of our crock pot recipes.
