We have been on a roll of sweet recipes and well today we are bringing you another fun sweet treat....Individual Banana Foster Recipe!

For today's recipe I wanted to make an individual serving of banana foster so we didn't eat an entire platter of it. One that can easily be enjoyed by two people or 1 if you don't feel like sharing. 🙂

A Banana Foster Recipe that does not make up so much that you feel like you have to keep eating it but one that fills all cravings for banana foster!

Dark brown sugar
Ground nutmeg
Butter
Dark rum
Lemon juice
Large banana

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Dark Brown Sugar
  • pinch Ground Nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoon Butter
  • 2 teaspoon dark rum
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 large banana cut into ½ inch pieces

Instructions

  • In a mug, combine brown sugar, nutmeg, butter, rum and lemon juice. Microwave for 1 minutes or until hot and bubbly
  • Add banana, toss to coat. Microwave on high for 45-75 seconds until heated through.
  • Let stand for 1 minutes, enjoy
