Summer is in full swing and we are continuing our series of adult boozy popsicle recipes this week with this Fuzzy Navel Popsicle Ice Pops Recipe! So perfect for a hot summer day! I love how easy they are to make and how good they taste! It has been scalding hot in Spokane and I am doing everything I can to stay cool. Right now that includes keeping the freezer stocked with boozy popsicle recipes that everyone loves.

Adult Fuzzy Navel Ice Pops Recipe

Yields: 6 Zipsicles

INGREDIENTS

1 large peach, puréed

1 1/2 cups orange juice

1/2 cup peach schnapps

DIRECTIONS

1.   Wash and purée your peach and pour into a large pitcher.
2.   And the orange juice and peach schnapps and stir to mix well.
3.   Pour into the zipsicle pouches.  You may find it easier to use a funnel which makes the transfer quick and mess-free.
4.   Zip up each pouch and freeze overnight or for at least 6 hours.
5.   ENJOY!!

We used these Zipsicle Pouches that come with a funnel from Amazon. The funnel makes it a lot easier to fill the pouches and prevent losing half your mix onto the counter.
