Alchemy Bar The Deal Closer Cocktail

The Deal Closer is one of my favorite drinks at the Alchemy Bar! It is a chocolate dessert in a glass!

I will say that this drink is one that I normally finish the night off with. The flavors of chocolate are strong. It is a great nightcap.

We recently had the opportunity to enjoy the Alchemy Bar on the Carnival Panorama. The bartenders were amazing! They had us laughing and having so much fun.

If you are on the Carnival Panorama make sure to say HI to Zoran and Nikolai! They are truly amazing and so much fun! You never know what they are going to do!

Alchemy Bar Menu

There have recently been a few updates to the Alchemy Bar Menu. Some fun new additions that were delicious.

Here is the updated Alchemy Bar Menu

The Purple Sunset and the Hearts of Fire are great new additions!

Another fun update is being able to order snacks at the bar. We loved this addition to Carnival Panorama Restaurants.

We ordered the Smoked Brisket Sliders and they were great. I could have enjoyed a lot more parmesan truffle fries.

The Alchemy Bar is currently on 23 Carnival Cruise ships with two more to come on the Carnival Radiance and Carnival Mardi Gras.

No matter which Carnival Cruise Ship you are on you will love spending time at the Alchemy Bar. One cool thing to know is they also whip up epic mocktails.

I will say the Alchemy Bar has become crazy popular! Don't wait until the last night of your cruise to try it out!

You don't have to order a drink with alcohol. You can have them create a delicious mocktail based on flavors that you love.

They have a ton of fruit flavors, mint, and other ingredients to work with. The bartenders are truly master mixologists and have years of training.

• Chocolate Syrup

Ingredients

• 1 Ounce Vanilla Rum
• ½ Ounce Amaretto
• ¾ Ounce Bailey’s Irish Cream
• ½ Ounce Dark Crème De Cacao
• Chocolate Syrup

Instructions

• Garnish the glass with chocolate drizzle
• Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake with ice and strain into the glass
• Garnish with Shaved Chocolate
