The Alchemy Bar is one of our favorite places to spend time on any Carnival Cruise. The incredibly trained alchemist bartenders can whip you up the cocktail of your dreams.
We have finally tried every single cocktail on the Alchemy Bar Menu and this is one of the cocktails you don't want to miss. My husband LOVES the Spicy Chipotle Pineapple Martini!

Ingredients
- Belvedere Vodka
- Monin Chipotle Pineapple syrup
- Pineapple juice
- Simple syrup
- Mint leaves

Spicy Chipotle Pineapple Martini
Ingredients
- 2 Ounce Belvedere Vodka
- 1 Ounce Monin Chipotle Pineapple syrup
- 1 Ounce Pineapple Juice
- ½ Ounce simple syrup
- 6-8 mint leaves
Instructions
- Muddle the mint leaves with simple syrup and the chipotle pineapple syrup in the bottom of a shaker.
- Then add remaining ingredients, fill with ice, and shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass.
