This week we are finally starting to see spring/summer weather here in Spokane! The sun is out and the barbecue was calling our name. It was time to dust off the barbecue and start grilling for the season! We made this BLT Burger with Avocado Aioli Recipe as our first recipe of the grilling season! Hello yum!

Avocado Aioli Recipe

It's funny how as soon as the weather says there is a chance of sunshine in our future I am stocking the fridge and freezer for barbecue season.

BLT Burger with Avocado Aioli Recipe

  • Burger
  • Tomato
  • Lettuce
  • Bacon
  • Bun

Avocado Aioli Recipe Ingredients

  • Olive oil mayo
  • Avocado
  • Garlic
  • Water

Ingredients will depend on how soft your avocado is and how garlicky you want the aioli. Add everything into a blender/bullet blender and blend until combined

You may need to add some extra water or garlic olive oil to get the consistency that you want.
