Blueberry Cake Recipe

Published: Jul 12, 2015 · This post may contain affiliate links

I have been craving blueberry cake for days so I just had to make it. Thank goodness this blueberry cake recipe is so dang easy. Seriously it takes as long to get the ingredients out of the fridge as it does to whip up this recipe.

Be prepared for the house to smell amazing. The 30 minutes it takes to bake this cake are almost a bit of pure torment. The blueberry cake smells so good. I had a hard time not diving into the pan as soon as it came out of the oven.

This looks like a great recipe! We do a lot of berry picking and this would be the perfect recipe to use some of our blueberries. Not too hard to make either.. thanks for sharing!

I have never thought to make a Blueberry cake, but why not! They are great in muffins and I have a whole container in the fridge, so I might just have to give that a try.
