Chocolate Peanut Butter No-Bake Cookies Recipe

Do you get nervous when you hear your spouse in the kitchen moving things around?

I have to admit I get a bit nervous at times when I see John pulling out measuring cups and working at the stove. I know he can cook but yet part of me gets a bit nervous.

John decided that it was a day for no-bake cookies and made up this great Chocolate Peanut Butter No-Bake Cookies Recipe

These cookies are super easy to make and turn out fantastic. The only spot that can get a bit tricky is when the mixture comes to a boil.

You want to make sure you boil it for at least a minute but also not for too long. I set the timer on my stove to count down so I make sure and get at least a minute of boiling.

If you go too short the mixture has the tendency to not harden and become a mushy ball of chocolate and peanut butter. While you can still eat it with a spoon it is not quite as nice as being able to eat it in the cookie form.
