    Ingredients

    • Frozen meatballs
    • Beef stock/broth
    • Green bell pepper
    • Yellow onion
    • Minced garlic
    • Onion powder
    • Allspice
    • Dry tarragon leaves
    • Sour cream
    • Salt and pepper to taste

    Ingredients

    • 32 oz frozen meatballs
    • 1 cup Beef Broth
    • 1 Green Pepper diced
    • ยฝ cup yellow onion diced
    • 2 teaspoon minced garlic
    • 1 ยฝ teaspoon onion powder
    • 12 teaspoon Allspice
    • 1 Tablespoon tarragon leaves
    • 16 oz Sour Cream
    • salt and pepper to taste

    Instructions

    • Add in everything but the sour cream to the crock pot and stir to combine
    • Cook on low for 6 hours, meatballs should be hot all the way through
    • Turn off heat, stir in the sour cream, season with salt and pepper and they are ready to be served

      Swedish meatballs are my favorite, but I never thought of making them in a crock pot. Will have to give it a shot!
