Swedish Meatballs Crockpot Recipe
They work great for leftovers. John enjoyed them for a few days making them into lunch sandwiches.
Ingredients
- Frozen meatballs
- Beef stock/broth
- Green bell pepper
- Yellow onion
- Minced garlic
- Onion powder
- Allspice
- Dry tarragon leaves
- Sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste

Swedish Meatballs Crockpot Recipe
Ingredients
- 32 oz frozen meatballs
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 1 Green Pepper diced
- ยฝ cup yellow onion diced
- 2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 ยฝ teaspoon onion powder
- 12 teaspoon Allspice
- 1 Tablespoon tarragon leaves
- 16 oz Sour Cream
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add in everything but the sour cream to the crock pot and stir to combine
- Cook on low for 6 hours, meatballs should be hot all the way through
- Turn off heat, stir in the sour cream, season with salt and pepper and they are ready to be served
