Today I am excited to share this delicious Garlic Shrimp Linguini Recipe with all of you! Any recipe that includes shrimp makes my dear husband happy. I am pretty sure he would enjoy shrimp nightly if I would cook it for him.
Plus add in the pasta and it is a match made in heaven!

Garlic Shrimp Linguini Recipe

Ingredients
- Linguini
- Medium shrimp
- Red bell pepper
- Orange bell pepper
- Fresh spinach leaves
- Olive oil
- Garlic, minced
- Salt and pepperย
yields 4-6 servings

Garlic Shrimp Linguini Recipe
Ingredients
- 16 Ounce linguini
- 1 pound medium shrimp shelled and deveined
- 1 red bell pepper sliced into strips
- 1 orange bell pepper sliced into strips
- 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
- 6 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook package of linguini and set aside
- In a pan on medium heat add olive oil, sliced peppers and minced garlic
- Sauteโ for 4 minutes
- Then add shrimp and cook for 3 minutes
- Next add spinach leaves and salt and pepper to taste, continue to cook until spinach leaves have wilted
- In a large serving bowl, toss linguini and shrimp mixture and serve.
