Today I am excited to share this delicious Garlic Shrimp Linguini Recipe with all of you! Any recipe that includes shrimp makes my dear husband happy. I am pretty sure he would enjoy shrimp nightly if I would cook it for him.

Plus add in the pasta and it is a match made in heaven!

Garlic Shrimp Linguini Recipe

Ingredients

  • Linguini
  • Medium shrimp
  • Red bell pepper
  • Orange bell pepper
  • Fresh spinach leaves
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper 

yields 4-6 servings

Garlic Shrimp Linguini Recipe

How to make delicious Garlic Shrimp Linguini Pasta for dinner.

Ingredients

  • 16 Ounce linguini
  • 1 pound medium shrimp shelled and deveined
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced into strips
  • 1 orange bell pepper sliced into strips
  • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 6 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook package of linguini and set aside
  • In a pan on medium heat add olive oil, sliced peppers and minced garlic
  • Saute’ for 4 minutes
  • Then add shrimp and cook for 3 minutes
  • Next add spinach leaves and salt and pepper to taste, continue to cook until spinach leaves have wilted
  • In a large serving bowl, toss linguini and shrimp mixture and serve.

    This really does look like a lovely meal and so visually appealing as well. I imagine my son-in-law,particularly, would love this recipe since he loves shrimp.
