I love super easy yummy recipes! This 2 ingredient Key Lime Fudge Recipe is so dang easy and fast to make! You can whip this up in seconds and have it ready to go when you need it.

John is a huge fan of Key Lime so I knew he would love this Key Lime Fudge Recipe. I love that it took me less than 5 minutes from start to finish to have this recipe done and chilling in the fridge.

Ingredients

  • 1 package white chocolate chips
  • 1 tub Key Lime Icing

Instructions

  • Microwave white chocolate chips for 30 second intervals until they are melted
  • Combine Key Lime Icing and White Chocolate chips until they are mixed together
  • Pour into a parchment lined baking sheet
  • Refrigerate for a few hours

    Hi, If my country doesn't have Key Lime Icing what else can I use?

      You might try using plain icing and a bit of key lime juice.

        I have used a can of vanilla frosting , White chips and a box of sugar free lime jello powder as well.
        (the sugar free one )

    What is the consistency after this fudge is room temp? Does it have to stay refrigerated?

    I can't wait to try this...I love anything key lime! What I like about this recipe is that you could replace the key lime with any of the different flavored icing like the pink lemonade or caramel or what ever you want and make easy fudge!!
