    • 2 C Mushrooms sliced
    • 1 Sweet pepper (whatever color), sliced into strips
    • 1 Carrots large, sliced into thin strips
    • ยฝ C Peas frozen
    • 1 bag Spinach fresh
    • 1 clove minced garlic

    Instructions

    • Cook noodles in a large pot of slightly salted water, according to the package directions.
    • Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the ginger powder, sugar, sesame oil, and soy sauce. Set aside.
    • In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Quickly, add the garlic, carrot, pepper and mushrooms. Saute and stir continuously, until the vegetable are slightly tender.
    • Throw in the frozen peas and the entire bag of spinach. It seems like a lot, but it will wilt down.
    • Keep stirring until it wilts and the peas are cooked through.
    • Drain the pasta, add it to the vegetables and add the sauce at the same time.
    • You may need two stirring utensils at this time to fully incorporate all ingredients and sauce.
    • Keep tossing the ingredients until everything is well covered with the sauce.
