    How better to start the day than with a bit of pumpkin oatmeal.

    Add in a Crock Pot Pumpkin Spice Latte and you could really have a true pumpkin day.

    Are you shaking your head thinking that is just way too much pumpkin to start the day! We understand you could always serve the oatmeal for dinner or really any time of the day.

    I love that the crock pot does all the work for this recipe and no matter what time of day you want to enjoy it you can. There is nothing quite like waking up to breakfast already prepared for you and all you have to do is dish this pumpkin oatmeal up into a bowl and enjoy! Perfection!

    We love using the crockpot to have breakfast ready in the morning. It is the perfect kick-off for a busy day.

    Ingredients needed 

    • Water
    • Pumpkin
    • Steel-cut oats
    • Honey
    • Ground cinnamon
    • Table salt
    • Ground nutmeg

    Top with raisins, craisins, or any topping you love on your oatmeal.

    The perfect crockpot pumpkin oatmeal recipe for Fall! The slow cooker recipe is the perfect family breakfast. Add in brown sugar, apple cinnamon, rolled oats, almonds, maple syrup or any of your favorite oatmeal toppings. A great fall morning breakfast you can make overnight.

    Ingredients

    • 6 cups Water
    • 3 cups Pumpkin Puree/Canned Pumpkin uncooked
    • 1 ½ cups steel cut oats uncooked
    • ½ cup Honey
    • 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
    • ½ Teaspoon salt
    • ¼ Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
    US Customary - Metric

    Instructions

    •  Put all ingredients in crockpot, stir well
    • Cook on low for 8 hours, stir before serving
    • Top with raisins, craisins or any topping you love on your oatmeal
