    Substitutions:ย

Diced ham, chicken, and salami are all fantastic options if you want to use a different meat than prosciutto.

You can use canned or jarred artichoke hearts in this recipe. These shelf-stable artichoke hearts come in a flavorful brine that adds to the taste of this dish.

Vegetarian Option: If you remove the prosciutto or replace it with a meatless alternative, this breakfast dish is vegetarian.

Vegan Option: Replace the prosciutto, eggs, and feta cheese with plant-based alternatives to make it vegan.

Gluten-Free: This recipe should be gluten-free, but check each ingredient for a gluten-free label if you are highly sensitive.

Smaller Serving Size + Larger Group/More Servings: The written recipe makes four servings. Scale it up or down to your desired yield.

Make It Spicy: Add red chili pepper flakes to spice up this slow cooker Greek Frittata.

Sugar-Free: The written recipe contains 1 gram of sugar, with no single ingredient containing a significant amount.
