Crockpot Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe

Oh, and if you feel the need we also share how to make a boozy version! Because let's be honest a boozy pumpkin spice latte seems like the perfect fall treat.

What is your favorite way to enjoy a Pumpkin Spice Latte?

I am so excited we are moving into Fall weather! The cool mornings, cute boots, sweaters and the excuse to curl up on the couch with a good book! YES PLEASE!

There is just something amazing about watching the leaves change colors and decorating for the fall. We love pumpkin recipes so much that we decided to make a list of easy to make pumpkin recipes so everyone could enjoy them!

This is my favorite time of year and this year I am savoring every little moment.

Trying to pause and enjoy a hot pumpkin spice latte while cuddling with the cats and watching the fall leaves out our living room window.

Savoring all of the fall colors, decorations, seasonal drinks, and epic fall food. There is just something wonderful about this time of year.

The weather is cooling down to a point we can enjoy time outside without being crazy hot or freezing. Our neighbors are going crazy with pumpkin decorations which is so fun!

Ingredients

All you need is a few simple ingredients that can be found at your local grocery store or you may already have in your pantry.

  • Milk
  • Heavy Cream
  • Pumpkin Pie Spice (ground Cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ground cloves, allspice, and ground ginger)
  • Strong Brewed Coffee
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Brown Sugar
  • Cinnamon Sticks, large

Coffee - if you are not a fan of coffee this recipe can easily be adapted for hot chocolate.

Equipment Needed

Crockpot - We suggest using a crockpot that has a digital timer that automatically switches the slow cooker to warm after a set amount of time. This helps make sure your dinner cooks perfectly and you don't have to stress about what time it is going to be done.

Cute Coffee Mugs - We really like the clear insulated coffee mugs that show off how epic your drink looks.

Recipe Tips

When serving, pour into coffee mugs and add 1 ounce of crock pot pumpkin liqueur and a dollop of whipped cream.

**liqueur is optional.

How to make a homemade Crock Pot Pumpkin Spice Latte plus a boozy version! This slow cooker recipe is super easy to make! Similar to Starbucks or your favorite coffee shops! You can easily make these into iced PSL's!

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 1 Cup Cream
  • 1 Tablespoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 3 Cups Strong Coffee
  • 2 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ Cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Cinnamon Sticks large
US Customary - Metric

Instructions

  • In a slow cooker bowl, mix the brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  • Add the coffee, mix well.
  • Add the milk and cream, and after stirring to dissolve the sugar, add the cinnamon sticks.
  • Cook on low for 2 – 3 hours. DO NOT allow mixture to get too hot so that it boils.

Notes
