3 Ingredient Nutella Cookies

Have I mentioned today my dear Husband's amazing love for Nutella? I made these super yummy 3 ingredient Nutella cookies while he was at work in hopes of getting them photographed before he came home. I ended up getting distracted and not getting the pictures I wanted.

I told John that I needed cookies in order to take photos for the blog and asked oh so sweetly that he does not eat all of them. So long story short the 2 cookies you see in the picture are what my dear amazing husband left for me to photograph.

Yep, the cookies are that good. I am amazed that these are only 3 ingredients.

3 Ingredient Nutella Cookies

These taste so good with a cold glass of milk. They are a firm cookie so they worked perfectly to dunk in the milk.

I love that this recipe makes a pretty small batch of cookies which prevents me from eating an entire tray of them. You can easily double or triple the recipe if you want more cookies.

Ingredients needed for 3 ingredient Nutella cookies

  • Nutella
  • Egg
  • Sugar

Equipment needed

Large Mixing Bowl - We are big fans of this glass batter bowl that has a handle. It makes it easy to mix ingredients and keep the mixing bowl steady on the counter.

Spatula - I found it easier to mix this dough with a spatula versus a spoon. You can easily get all of the flour into the mix this way.

Baking Sheets - We are huge fans of these baking sheets that have sides. You don't have to worry; you are going to remove the cookies from the oven and have the slide right off.

Heat resistant potholders - A couple of years ago we had a fire scare when we didn't realize we had turned a burner on and a cloth potholder caught fire. Thankfully we walked by the kitchen and saw the smoke and were able to get it out ourselves. Since then we have only used these heat-resistant potholders.

Nutella Spoon - Ok, this isn't needed but it is so cute I had to add it. So perfect for any Nutella fan.

Made these cookies. And I'm not sure what to think of them. Idk if I made them wrong or if I mixed everything wrong, but my dough was very crumbly like Oreos smashed up and I had to roll them and then smoosh them. My friends said they were really good but they said the same thing I was thinking it felt like it was missing an ingridient.
Idk if I did or Anything just thought maybe you could give me you're opinion.
    Thank you!

Did your husband prefer this cookie or the biscotti?

His favorite is the biscotti. He asks for the biscotti every time he wants me to bake cookies.
