We made a P.F. Changs inspired Asian Flank Steak with Brussell Sprouts. This steak is so easy to make and tasted amazing!

Asian Flank Steak
This Flank Steak soaks up an amazing marinade overnight and tastes wonderful. The Asian Flank Steak would pair greatly with this Simple Fried Rice Recipe.
Ingredients
- Soy sauce
- Balsamic vinegar
- Vegetable oil
- Honey
- Garlic cloves
- Ginger
- Scallions
- Flank steak

Large Mixing Bowl - We are big fans of this glass batter bowl that has a handle. It makes it easy to mix ingredients and keeps the mixing bowl steady on the counter.
Recipe Tips
Place the steaks in a sealable baggie and then place it in a bowl to prevent any spills in your fridge.
Swish the marinade around the steak to make sure that all sides are fully coated.
The minimum amount of time to marinate is 10 hours.

Asian Flank Steak
Ingredients
Marinade
- ยผ cup soy sauce
- ยผ cup balsamic vinegar
- ยฝ cup Vegetable Oil
- 3 Tablespoon Honey
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 2 Tablespoon ginger minced
- 3 scallions thinly sliced
Steak
- 1 ยฝ - 2 pound flank steak
Instructions
- Combine soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, vegetable oil, honey, garlic, ginger and scallions in a large ziploc bag. I swirled the ingredients around so they were well combined
- Place steak in the marinade bag and place in refrigerator for 10-24 hours.
- Remove steak from bag and throw away leftover liquids.
- Cook the steak to your desired doneness.
- Let the steak rest for 10 minutes to allow it to soak up its juices.
