This Crock Pot Corn Dog Casserole Recipe is perfect for feeding a crowd. The beans are super filling along with the cornbread which makes it a great dish for a filling meal. I served this to my parents and John and they went back for seconds and thirds. There is just something about beans, hot dogs, and cornbread to make a great meal!

Plus the crockpot does all the work so you can enjoy time with your family!

  • Pork and beans
  • Hot dogs
  • Yellow onion
  • Yellow mustard
  • Corn muffin mix
  • Creamed corn
  • Large egg
  • Vegetable oil
  • salt to taste

Ingredients

  • 60 oz pork and beans 4 can
  • 1 pound hot dogs sliced
  • ½ cup yellow onion diced
  • 2 Tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 8.5 oz Corn Muffin Mix
  • 15 oz Cream Style Corn
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 2 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Combine Pork and Beans, hot dogs, yellow onion and mustard in crock pot and stir together
  • Combine corn muffin mix, creamed corn, egg, and vegetable oil in a bowl. Pour over the top of the hot dog mix and spread to cover
  • Cook on low for 6 hours
  • Remove the lid of the crock pot and cook for 1 additional hour on low
