    Ingredients

    • Chicken breast
    • Salt and pepper
    • Garlic cloves
    • Dried oregano
    • Cherry tomatoes
    • Chicken broth
    • Kalamata olives
    • Feta cheese

    Ingredients

    • 4 pounds Chicken Breast
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
    • ยฝ Teaspoon Dried Oregano
    • 1 pint Cherry tomatoes halved
    • ยฝ cup Chicken Broth
    • ยฝ cup kalamata olives chopped
    • ยฝ cup feta cheese

    Instructions

    • Spray Crock Pot with non-stick spray
    • Place chicken in the crock pot, scatter garlic and oregano over the top, Add the tomatoes and chicken broth
    • Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, until chicken is super tender
    • Add the olives and feta cheese, cover and cook on low for 15-30 minutes until hot

      This looks delicious, I have it cooking right now. I was thinking of having this in pita, but I love your salad idea too. Do you have any nutritional info available for this? Thanks for the great recipe!
