Guinness Chocolate Balls

First I have to say these Guinness Chocolate Balls taste amazing! I have made them multiple times over the past few months and each time they turn out fantastic.

BUT they are not very pretty!

There I said it! These Guinness Chocolate Truffle Balls taste great but don't look at pretty as I hoped they would.

I decided to go ahead and share the recipe even though the photos are not what I hoped they would be. Please forgive me for the random photos and know that these Guinness Chocolate Balls taste a lot better than they photographed!

Ingredients

  • Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Dark corn syrup
  • Guinness
  • Vanilla wafer cookies
  • Powdered sugar
  • Roasted walnuts
  • Sugar

We had the chance to visit the Guinness Storehouse in Dublin, Ireland, and ever since then, I have been having so much fun baking/cooking with Guinness.

It is such a fun beer to work with.
