You all know I LOVE easy recipes that taste amazing! There is just something so amazing about being able to whip up a quick meal that the entire family loves without having to break a sweat or mentally prepare to make the recipe. This Ham and Swiss Ciabatta Sandwich with Garlic Aioli Recipe is one of those recipes you will find yourself making over and over again.

But first, we have to talk about this delicious Ham and Swiss Ciabatta Sandwich with Garlic Aioli Recipe! So perfect for a picnic, work lunch, easy dinner or really any excuse you need to make it. John has been getting so busy in the park that he is eating lunch on the go. I have been trying to find recipes that make sense for him to bring with him for lunch. I want to make sure the recipes can handle his crazy park ranger day. A recipe that has to be handled gently or can’t stand being in his truck just isn’t going to work. The great thing about this recipe is the ciabatta rolls are really sturdy and can handle being bounced around in his lunch box.
Plus it is so crazy easy to make that I love being able to have it ready for him in the morning. It is so easy to grab all of the ingredients you need on your next shopping trip to Walmart. We found Castle Wood Reserve ® meats and cheeses in the deli section of our local Walmart.
Ham and Swiss Ciabatta Sandwich with Garlic Aioli Recipe
Ham and Swiss Ciabatta Sandwich
16 oz (1 package) Castle Wood Reserve ® Uncured Honey Ham
4 slices Castle Wood Reserve ® Baby Swiss Cheese
1 green apple, rinsed and sliced
1 1/2 cups spring mix, rinsed
4 large Ciabatta rolls
Garlic Aioli Recipe
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1 clove garlic
1/4 oz chives, half of a typical store package
Garlic Aioli Recipe Directions
1. Blend mayonnaise, garlic, and chives together until well incorporated. A few drops of water may be needed to mix evenly
Layer ingredients in the Ciabatta rolls starting with the apple slices, baby swiss cheese, and honey ham. T, top with spring mix, spread garlic aioli on the top roll, and serve
