Slow Cooker Crock Pot Spinach Artichoke Dip with Sun-dried tomatoes
This crockpot dip is so delicious that I am tempted to make double or triple the amount for our next party. I don't really want to admit just how much of this dip that I enjoyed myself.
It wasn't pretty but a girl has to do what a girl has to do to make sure that every bite tasted great from start to finish. or at least that is what I am telling myself. HA!
I love using the Crock-Pot to make dips and treats for football and holiday parties. Once you have the slow cooker set up you can walk away and pretty much forget about it.
Sure you may need to taste test it once or 1oo times but that is just taking the time to make sure your guests are happy with the appetizers. LOL!
The best part is you are not stuck in the kitchen while everyone else is cheering on your favorite team and you miss the big play because you were in the kitchen or other room.
Another big bonus is your appetizers or snacks stay warm during the entire game. I feel like we need to celebrate the slow cooker just as much as we celebrate an amazing touchdown. They are both pretty darn amazing.

- Sun-dried tomatoes
- Artichoke hearts
- Frozen chopped spinach
- Sour cream
- Mozzarella, shredded
- Garlic clove

Crock Pot Spinach Artichoke Dip with Sun-dried tomatoes
- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped
- ¾ cup artichoke hearts diced
- 2 cups chopped spinach frozen
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup mozzarella shredded
- 1 garlic clove
- Combine sun-dried tomatoes, artichokes, and garlic in crockpot
- Cook on high for 35 minutes
- Add in sour cream, spinach, and mozzarella
- Cook on low for 45 minutes
