This Slow Cooker Nacho Chicken is perfect for game day meals and a quick dinner with the family! John keeps telling me that I am stuffing him with chicken. I am hooked on making chicken dishes in the Slow Cooker. I love that I can set and forget the Slow Cooker for the day and when we are ready for dinner it is ready to go. This recipe is being added to our favorite slow cooker recipes including Fall off the bone ribs and Spicy Buffalo Chicken!
Slow Cooker Nacho Chicken
Ingredients
2-4 chicken breast (we use chicken from Zaycon Foods)
1 can Rotel (I ended up putting in 3 cans because we had it and needed to use it, make sure and drain the liquid out of the cans)
1 package taco seasoning
Directions
Put everything in the Slow Cooker and cook on low for 8-10 hours
I spread the Slow Cooker Nacho Chicken over tortilla chips, added cheddar cheese, green onions, black olives, sour cream and salsa on the side. This chicken would be great in tacos or burritos also. I froze the extra chicken and saved it for future meals. It freezes nicely and was great when we reheated it.
