Blue Agave Margarita

I had to sip this Blue Agave Margarita for a while.  The combination of tequila, triple sec and blue curacao packs a punch. This is one of those drinks that lasted me a bit which was nice.

I paired this Blue Agave Margarita with Slow Cooker Nacho Chicken and fresh guacamole. Next time I will probably make grilled avocados to go with the meal.

I highly suggest a nice filling meal with this blue agave margarita. I am not sure how steady on my feet I would have been if we had not eaten a great meal. Thank goodness we enjoyed these at home and only had a short walk into the house after dinner. 🙂
