John keeps telling me that I am stuffing him with chicken. I am hooked on making chicken dishes in the Slow Cooker.
I love that I can set and forget the Slow Cooker for the day and when we are ready for dinner it is ready to go.
This nacho chicken is flavorful and great for not only nachos but tacos, burritos, even tossed in with eggs and cheese for a killer breakfast omelet.

Slow Cooker Nacho Chicken Recipe
- 2-4 chicken breast
- 3 cans Rotel make sure and drain the liquid out of the cans
- 1 package taco seasoning
- Put everything in the Slow Cooker and cook on low for 8-10 hours
- Spread the Slow Cooker Nacho Chicken over tortilla chips, added cheddar cheese, green onions, black olives, sour cream and salsa on the side.
