    Crock Pot Pumpkin Bread Recipe

    I love cooking with pumpkin and I love my Crock-Pot...so what is a girl to do but make Crock Pot Pumpkin Bread!

    It just seemed like this recipe was needed in my life this week.

    I have been really wanting fresh bread so this Crock Pot Pumpkin Bread recipe was perfect!

    I always have at least oneย Pumpkin Canย in our pantry at all times. I love baking with Pumpkin.

    -Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

    Did you know

    -Pumpkin is a good source of fiber and a great source of Vitamin A.ย 
    -Pumpkin can reduce the fat in some of your favorite recipes.ย 
    -Pumpkin can also be stirred into jarred or prepared sauces to reduce sodium per serving.ย 
    -Pumpkin can be used as a substitute in your favorite recipes to reduce calories.

    Pumpkin is a fantastic add-in! You can add pumpkin to oatmeal, smoothies, macaroni and cheese, and your favorite dishes for an extra boost of fiber, Vitamin A, and flavor.

    If you happen to have leftover Libbyโ€™s Pumpkin you can portion out the leftovers and freeze them.

     

    Ingredients

    • Oil
    • Sugar
    • Brown sugar
    • Eggs
    • Libbyโ€™s Pumpkin
    • Flour
    • Salt
    • Pumpkin Pie Spice
    • Baking Soda

    Additional Pumpkin Pie spice to sprinkle on top optionally but yummy!

    Directions

    1. Combine oil, sugar, and brown sugar until well combined

    2. Add in eggs and pumpkin

    3. Add in dry ingredients until well combined

    4. Pour into a bread pan that fits into the crockpot, sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice on top

    5. Place bread pan in your crockpot, cover the top of the crock pot with paper towels. This helps absorb the moisture and keep your bread baking perfectly.

    6. Bake on low for 4 hours

    7. Remove the bread pan from Crock-Pot and allow it to cool before removing the pumpkin bread from the pan.

    Ingredients

    • ยฝ cup oil
    • ยฝ cup White Sugar
    • ยฝ cup Brown Sugar packed
    • 2 Eggs
    • 1 15 oz pumpkin canned
    • 1 ยฝ cups All Purpose Flour
    • ยผ Teaspoon Salt
    • 1 Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
    • 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda

    Instructions

    • Combine oil, sugar and brown sugar until well combined
    • Add in eggs and pumpkin
    • Add in dry ingredients until well combined

      Get out ... really, you made this delicious bread in the crockpot?? Can't be, I HAVE to try this and see if mine will look just as delicious, heck I would be happy if it looks half as good as yours.. AWESOME..         I use the oven in the winter when i want to warm the house up. In the Spring and Summer I love using the crock pot so I don't heat up the house and run the A/C into overdrive.

      Pumpkin bread, zucchini bread, banana bread...I love them all. However, pumpkin bread is my all-time favorite. But I had no idea I could use my crock pot to make it. I always use Libby's. Now I will be trying it in my crock pot. Thanks.

      Great idea for making pumpkin bread in a crockpot. When I saw the title I thought that maybe the bread was directly baked in the crockpot, but I am sure it was easier to make it in the bread pan. The pumpkin bread looks like it turned out really moist. Love it.
