I love this 3 ingredient Pumpkin Beer Bread Recipe! It is so easy to make with pantry staples and everyone loves it! Plus you don't have to knead it or wait for it to rise. You simply mix it together, put it in a bread pan, bake and enjoy!
Now that is my kind of bread recipe!
3 Ingredient Pumpkin Beer Bread Recipe
I love how quick and easy this Bisquick Pumpkin Bread is to put together. It is my go-to Fall bread recipe.
You can have this made up and ready to serve in just over an hour including cooking time which is epic! You don't need to worry about kneading the dough, letting it rise, or really anything other than mixing the 3 ingredients together.
Ingredients
- Bisquick
- Sugar
- Pumpkin Beer
That is it! 3 ingredients and you can make an epic loaf of pumpkin beer bread!
We have also made regular Beer Bread and also Guinness Beer Bread and Apple Cinnamon Beer Bread.
Recipe Tips
Make sure you grease your bread pan so the bread dough does not stick.
You can use a handheld mixer or mix this with a wooden spoon really easily. Just make sure to scrape the sides to get all of the dry bits into the mix.
Let cool before slicing.
This bread tastes great with a bit of butter or honey drizzled over it.

Another great recipe idea. I love pumpkin and to see only three ingredients, I think even I can manage this one or letting the kids make it sounds even better!

My husband loves baking with Bisquick. I don't think I've ever tried making bread with it.
