    I love this 3 ingredient Pumpkin Beer Bread Recipe! It is easy to make with pantry staples, and everyone loves it! You don't have to knead or wait for it to rise since all it takes is mixing it, putting it in a bread pan, baking it, and enjoying it!

    I love how quick and easy it is to assemble this Bisquick Pumpkin Bread. It is my go-to fall bread recipe.

    You can have this made and ready to serve in just over an hour, including cooking time, which is epic! You don't need to worry about kneading the dough, letting it rise, or really anything other than mixing the three ingredients.

    Here is a quick overview of the simple ingredients needed to make an epic 3-Ingredient Pumpkin Beer Bread! The printable recipe card at the bottom of the post includes specific measurements and step-by-step instructions.

    • Bisquick
    • White Sugar
    • Pumpkin Beer / Pumpkin Ale

    We have also made regular Beer Bread, Guinness Beer Bread, and Apple Cinnamon Beer Bread. Hint this recipe can be adapted to different flavors.ย 

    By using Bisquick you don't have to measure out any all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, or other ingredients. It is the perfect time saver.

    How to Make 3 Ingredient Pumpkin Beer Bread

    I've included complete instructions in the printable recipe card at the bottom of the post, but here's a quick version.

    1. Stir the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
    2. Pour the bread batter to a prepared loaf pan and bake in the preheated oven
    3. Use a toothpick or a cake tester to check that it is done.
    4. Cool on a wire rack

    Preparation and Storage

    Make Ahead: While you can rest your Bisquick Pumpkin Beer Bread dough in the fridge for an hour or two before baking, itโ€™s best to make it to order.

    Storage: After waiting for the bread to cool, wrap it tightly in plastic wrap or foil and store it at room temperature in an airtight container or Ziploc bag for up to two days.

    Freezing/How to Freeze: Leftovers wrapped in foil or plastic and stored in an airtight, freezer-safe container or bag will remain good in the freezer for up to three months.

    • Grease your bread pan so the bread dough does not stick. This step is essential, even if you have a non-stick pan since it preserves the surface of your bread pan.
    • You can use a handheld mixer or easily mix this with a wooden spoon. Just scrape the sides to get all the dry bits into the mix.
    • Let the loaf cool before slicing.
    • This bread tastes great with some butter or honey drizzled over it.
