With football season in full swing, this party dip is the perfect appetizer or snack during the game.

You can serve it in the crockpot or in a serving bowl. I have to say it did not last long enough for it to cool down in the serving dish. This dip is seriously yummy cheesy goodness!

If you are expecting a crowd you may want to double or even triple this recipe to make sure you have enough!

My husband would happily have this every Sunday while he watches the Seahawks play. It is one of his favorite slow cooker dips I make.

He always tells me it is not very pretty but dang it tastes amazing. LOL!

    Ingredients

    • Bacon
    • Ground beef
    • Cream cheese
    • Cheddar Cheese
    • Rotel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilis

    Sides to dip

    • Red bell peppers
    • Fritos
    • Tortilla Chips
    • Sliced Baguette Toasted

    Recipe Tips

Bacon bits can be used if you do not have any fresh bacon

Make sure to stir this dip as it sits in the crockpot especially if you have any hot spots on the sides of your slow cooker.

If the cream cheese is not melting evenly you can turn the slow cooker to high for 20-30 minutes to melt it more. It really depends on how melted you want it.
