Carnival Horizon Photo Tour
Carnival Horizon is Carnival Cruise Lines brand new cruise ship that debuted in Spring 2018.
The Carnival Horizon is the sister to the Carnival Vista and has many of the same features and looks found on the Vista. There are some fantastic new updates to the Carnival Horizon that I am excited to share with you.
We took an amazing cruise to Bermuda on the Carnival Horizon and the few days we were on the ship was just not long enough! I am already looking at the Carnival Horizon schedule to see when we can get back on board this beautiful ship. Carnival truly raised the bar with this new ship!
A few new updates on the Carnival Horizon
One of the first things I want to point out is some of the new updates that have been made on the Carnival Horizon. These are updates that are new and not on the Carnival Vista.
One of the first updates you will most likely encounter on the Carnival Horizon is the new elevator controls. When you want to ride an elevator you simply push which floor you are heading too.
The elevator controller then tells you which elevator to take. One thing to know is you can't change the floor once you are in the elevator.
There are no internal controls for the elevator so you have to ride to the floor you marked and then hop out and push for a new floor.
There is the 1st Victoria Secret store on a Carnival Cruise Ship located in the atrium shops.

Main Dining Room
The main dining room is huge and features two floors of dining space.
JiJi' Asian Bistro
Cucina Del Capitano
I had big plans to show you an amazing table filled with delicious pasta and carb overload but my tablemates couldn't hold themselves back from diving headfirst into all the food at Cucina Del Capitano.
It was so good that the plates ended up being empty before I even grabbed a photo.
The Carnival Horizon has Carnivals 1st Teppanyaki Grill! If you are planning to eat at the Tepanyaki Grill make sure and get a reservation on the Carnival Hub app as soon as you can!
During our cruise, the Tepanyaki Grill was sold out and they were adding on new times and had quite the waitlist. We heard that it was fantastic.
Blue Iguana Cantina
Buffet Dining Room
Pig and Anchor Brewery and BBQ
Make sure and check out the Bacon Manhattan Cocktail at Pig and Anchor along with all of the great craft beers!

Inside spaces on the Carnival Horizon
The Atrium has an amazing three-floor skyscape that changed during the day. One of my absolute favorite displays is the artwork drawn by kids who are patients at St. Jude's Research Hospital in Memphis. Carnival has partnered with St. Jude's to help raise funds to support their work to cure childhood cancer and support the families who never receive a bill for their care.
You can help raise funds for St. Jude during your Carnival Cruise!
During the Carnival Naming Ceremony in NYC, Carnival presented St. Jude's with a $100K check.
