Can you tell that I needed to cook up some ham this past week? LOL! Two weeks in a row of recipes with ham in them. This week we are sharing a delicious slow cooker crock pot macaroni and cheese with ham recipe!
Last week it was Crock Pot Ham and Cheese Grits. All of these recipes start with our crock pot ham recipe and use the leftover ham.
I have been making so many ham recipes you would think it was right after Thanksgiving or Christmas. LOL!
I figured it was a break for John from all of the Crock Pot Chicken Recipes I have been making. We are still on a roll for our goal of sharing a new crockpot recipe at least once a week until the end of the year.

What do I need to make Crock Pot Macaroni and Cheese with Ham?
- Elbow macaroni
- Alfredo sauce
- Mozzarella cheese
- ½ and ½
Pasta Pot- To cook the macaroni shells.
The ham can be removed from this recipe to make it a great vegetarian slow cooker meal.

Crock Pot Macaroni and Cheese Recipe with Ham
- Cook macaroni for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Combine ham, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, 1 ½ cups half and half, in crock pot and stir to combine
- Combine ½ cup half and half and cornstarch and microwave for 10 seconds. Stir into the crock pot mixture
- Stir in drained macaroni into the crock pot
- Cook on low 3 ½ hours
- Slow cooker
