You all know we love to cook with the crock pot as often as we possibly can. This week I ended up being so thankful for my crock pot and freezer supplies. We ended up hosting a last minute dinner with family and I needed to throw something in the crockpot quickly and make sure the house looked presentable. I didn’t have time to stand by the stove or run to the store. Thankfully I had the needed ingredients to make this delicious Crock Pot Mango Salsa Chicken Recipe.
It only takes three ingredients, and a few extras and you have an amazing dinner that is perfect for a crowd or your family dinner. I used Dole Mango chunks, chicken, and salsa and literally dumped it all in the crock pot before running around the house trying to get it cleaned up.

Crock Pot Mango Salsa Chicken Recipe
1 bag Dole Frozen Fruit Mango Chunks
1 container of your favorite salsa
4 chicken breasts
1. Add mango chunks, salsa and chicken to the crock pot
2. Cover and cook on high for 4-6 hours until chicken can be easily shredded
Perfect for tacos, nachos or served with rice. This Mango Salsa Chicken is really versatile. I think I am going to make it up again and add it to a pizza.
