I love comfort food made in the crock pot. I will fully admit it! This Slow Cooker Crock Pot Chicken Ramen Recipe is pure comfort food! So filling, so easy to make and it tastes so good. I am warning you now that 1 bowl is most likely not going to be enough! You are going to want a 2nd helping.

This soup tastes so good and I love how easy it is to make in the crock pot!
Crock Pot Chicken Ramen Recipe
4 C chicken broth
1 C chicken, cooked and diced
½ onion, sliced
½ C pea pods, fresh, sliced
½ C sweet peppers, sliced
1 carrot, large, sliced
1 pkg ramen noodles, spice packet removed, lightly broken
1 tsp ginger, grated or minced
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
½ Tsp sesame oil
as desired sriracha or any other hot pepper
as desired salt
All ingredients to the slow cooker EXCEPT the ramen noodles. Cook on low for 4 – 5 hours or high for 2 – 3 hours. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, add the ramen noodles and continue to let cook.
Serve and enjoy!
