Today’s recipe is all about comfort food! There is just something comforting and oh so delicious about stuffing. I try to stock up on it when it goes on sale the few weeks before Thanksgiving. But the last thing you want after Thanksgiving is another turkey recipe because you have been swimming in turkey leftovers for weeks on end. Don’t worry this Crock Pot Chicken Stuffing Casserole Recipe doesn’t have any turkey in it. Though you could switch out the chicken for turkey if you really wanted to.
The other thing I love about this recipe is I can use a Costco rotisserie chicken and save myself having to cook the chicken. Using pre-cooked rotisserie chickens in crock pot recipes is one of my favorite time-saving tips! This slow cooker recipe is so easy to put together and tastes amazing!
