Today's recipe is all about comfort food! There is just something comforting and oh so delicious about stuffing.
I try to stock up on it when it goes on sale the few weeks before Thanksgiving. But the last thing you want after Thanksgiving is another turkey recipe because you have been swimming in turkey leftovers for weeks on end.
Don't worry this Crock Pot Chicken Stuffing Casserole Recipe doesn't have any turkey in it. Though you could switch out the chicken for turkey if you really wanted to.
The other thing I love about this recipe is I can use a Costco rotisserie chicken and save myself having to cook the chicken.

Pair this with Cracker Barrel Green Beans, Cracker Barrel Carrots, Cranberry Sauce, or air fryer mushrooms for a great meal.
Ingredients
- Stuffing mix
- Cream of chicken soup
- Milk
- Cooked chicken breast
- Shredded Cheddar cheese
- Salt and Pepper
Stuffing - We use Stove Top Stuffing Mix for this recipe but you can use any stuffing you have leftover from Thanksgiving Dinner.
Soup - Feel free to use any flavor cream soup you enjoy. This would taste great with cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery soup.
Optional - Add in diced onion, poultry seasoning, or garlic powder

Crockpot - We suggest using a crockpot that has a digital timer that automatically switches the slow cooker to warm after a set amount of time.

Crock Pot Chicken Stuffing Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
- 12- Ounce Stove Stop Stuffing prepared according to the box
- 3 10-¾ Ounce Cream of Chicken Soup divided
- ½ c. Milk
- 3 to 4 c. Chicken cooked, cubed
- 12 Ounce Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
- Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions; place in a slow cooker.
- Stir in 2 cans soup.
- In a separate bowl, stir together remaining soup, milk and chicken. Add to slow cooker.
- Spread cheese over top.
- Cover and cook on low setting for 4 to 6 hours, or on high setting for 2 to 3 hours.
